· Level 2/3 fitness qualifications
· Previous experience working in a leisure environment.
· A confident, friendly, and caring personality.
· A passion for health and fitness.
· Good communication skills.
· Impeccable standards of personal presentation.
· Be able to work as a team member and individually.
· Be responsible for maintaining hygiene and follow health and safety procedures.
· Confident answering the phone and using an online booking system.
· Lifeguarding qualification desirable.
· Pool/plant room qualification desirable.
· Personal Training qualifications desirable.
