We are looking for a Contract Support Administrator to join our team in Hutton, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the operations team to ensure a consistent and efficient service is delivered.
It is a very busy environment that faces new challenges every day, we want someone with lots of energy that’s able to brush the occasional stressful moment and move forward.
Key Responsibilities:
· Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries

· Dealing with client emails and replying in a timely manner
· Managing the weekly schedules and staff timetables
· Liaising with clients to book in sites for our services to be carried out
· Create and send monthly/yearly schedules for clients
· Check staff timesheets and submit to payroll for processing
· Handling and resolving complaints
· Arrange for ad hoc/emergency response jobs to be completed in a timely manner which includes speaking with staff and the client
· Assisting Contract Managers with ad hoc tasks

Salary: £24,000.00 per year
