Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes.
- Maintain cleanliness of furniture.
- Maintain safety of kitchen staff.
- Maintain the cleanliness of kitchen facilities.
- Monitor and record employee attendance.
- Train and supervise employees.
- Ensure that safety standards are met in the kitchen.
