Part Time Kitchen Porter Required to service both our Porter House Restaurant and Gallery Café within the Thainstone Exchange Centre.
Main Duties are to wash up all Dishes, Pots & Pans within the Kitchen Area, which is a fast paced environment. As well as the above duties, the kitchen must be cleaned down after each service, where we follow a close down check list, which is then signed off by the Duty Manager. This is a hugely important role within our team, and requires hard work and flexibility by the candidate. You would report directly into our Head Chef .
The shifts would generally be over a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, however hours would be offered, on occasions for Holiday Cover. Straight Shifts would be offered, and would be between 4 - 6 hours per shift.
Due to the Shift Pattern, and availability of Public Transport, the individual must be able to Drive, or arrange suitable transport
